C.A.- With the signing of Josh McCown it is unlikely that the Dolphins will use their first pick on a quarterback. Look for them to address their offensive line and draft Jake Long at Left tackle.
S.S.- The Dolphins have numerous needs; QB, DT, CB, and LB. But looking to follow the example of Cleveland last year, the Dolphins will pass up the opportunity to draft Matt Ryan and take Jake Long of Michigan instead.
C.A.- Scott Linehan's job is on the line this next season an aging line could use help at tackle. Last season the Rams gave up 48 sacks, which was 6th worst in the league. Jeff Otah, a tackle from Pitt will make an immediate impact on the opposite side of Orlando Pace.
S.S.- With Jake Long off of the board the Rams should look to beef up their defensive line. By taking Howie Long's son Chris from Virginia, the Rams will acquire the best defensive prospect in the draft and will improve their pass rush with little to no risk of being a draft bust.
C.A.- The Falcons have a rough couple of years ahead. Everyone knows that defense wins championships and for me it starts on the line. There are two possible players they could take. The first being Glen Dorsey of LSU and the second being Derrick Harvey of Florida. It all starts with slowing and stopping the run. Glen Dorsey would be a great pick at number 3.
S.S.- the Falcons are sitting pretty at pick three. If those two are gone then the Falcons receive the best possible debate in the draft: Darren McFadden or Matt Ryan. Even though they have many needs the Falcons can trade down with the Cowboys, or go with either.
C.A.- Everyone knows that Oakland has a great defense. With a deep receiver poll to choose from the Raiders can do a couple of things. The most probable would be to improve the defensive line or possibly the linebacker position. Jake Long will be a solid player on the D line and can be utilized as an outside linebacker.
S.S.- If McFadden is still on the board and Dallas hasn't traded up yet look for the trade to go down here. If no one is biting then look for the Raiders to replace Hall of Famer Warren Sapp with Sedrick Ellis who is equal to Glenn Dorsey in skill and less of an injury risk.
